We are a law practice committed to creating families through adoption services, assisted reproduction and family law. We provide accurate information and current resources to empower those creating or growing their families through adoption, newborn adoption, surrogacy, or assisted reproduction. Our experience involves working with both expectant mothers and adoptive parents within the adoption process as well as on adult adoption, relative adoption, step-parent and domestic partner adoption.  We have experience working with all parties interested in sperm & egg donor contracts, gestational carriers and intended parents within surrogacy. We also work on family law issues ranging from parentage and guardianship to domestic partner dissolution and non-litigated divorce.  We are experienced professionals and work on a flat fee basis in many matters to better assist our families to reach the goal of creating a family.  We help all families, including heterosexual couples, same-sex couples and single-parent families.
